ProgramIce Cream

Ingredients · 24 oz

heavy cream½ cup

whole milk1¼ cups

powdered sugar⅓ cup

mint extract½ tsp

green food coloring2 drops

chocolate chips¼ cup

Steps

1. Blend the cream, milk, powdered sugar, mint extract and green food coloring until smooth, adding another drop of coloring if you want a deeper green.

2. Pour into a CREAMi pint without going past the MAX FILL line, lid it, and freeze on a level surface for at least 24 hours.

3. Spin on the Ice Cream program. If the result looks dry or crumbly, add a spoonful of cream and run Re-spin.

4. Make a well in the center, add the chocolate chips, and run the Mix-In program.
