cocoa powder2 tbsp
dark chocolate syrup - monin3 tbsp
salt1 pinch
cream cheese3 tbsp
heavy cream1 cup
whole milk1¼ cups
vanilla extract1 tsp
sugar½ cup
Steps
1. Soften the cream cheese in the microwave. About 15 seconds
2. Gradually add the vanilla, sugar, cocoa powder, and dark chocolate syrup into the cream cheese, whisking together to form a thick paste
3. Gradually whisk the heavy cream and milk into the cream cheese paste
4. Freeze 16 hours on a level surface
5. Shave down the bump with a spoon
6. Mix on Ice Cream mode. The texture should be very close to store bought ice cream
7. Re-spin for Frosty-like ice cream
