sugar3 tsp

guar gum¾ tsp

cocoa powder1½ tbsp

salt1 pinch

Steps

1. Mix all ingredients together until smooth.

2. Freeze for 24 hours.

3. Spin on Lite Ice Cream mode and re-respin if needed.
