Steps

1. Peel and roughly chop the durian.

2. Blend the milk and sugar until the sugar dissolves, then stir in the cream and durian.

3. Pour the mixture into the pint container and freeze for 24 hours.

4. Spin on the Ice Cream program, re-spinning if needed for a smooth texture.
