peanuts (mix-in)1 tbsp

chocolate chips (mix-in)1 tbsp

coarse sea salt1 pinch

Steps

1. Whisk the base ingredients in the pint until smooth, filling to the max line.

2. Freeze 24h on a level surface.

3. Spin on Lite Ice Cream; Re-spin with a splash of milk if crumbly.

4. Add peanuts and chocolate chips to a center hole and run the Mix-In cycle.
