Ingredients · 16 oz

frozen strawberries270 g

Spriteor Sprite Zero200 ml

lemon juice2 tbsp

sugaror erythritol sweetener1 tbsp

salt1 pinch

xanthan gum1 tsp

Steps

1. Add 1 Tablespoon of Xanthan Gum and mix to a paste with a little water.

2. Add 270g of defrosted frozen Strawberries and blend until smooth.

3. Add 2 Tablespoons of Fresh Lemon.

4. Add 1 Tablespoon of Sugar.

5. Add 1 Pinch of Salt.

6. Add 200ml of Sprite

7. Blend for 30+ seconds until smooth and pour to max fill line.

8. Freeze for 24 hours and spin on Sorbet setting.
