Blueberry cheesecake ice cream

Lite Ice Cream · 16oz pint

Ingredients

• 200 g low fat cream cheese
• 100 ml milk
• 100 g blueberries
• 2 tbsp sugar

Method

1. Blend the cream cheese, milk, blueberries, and sugar until smooth.
2. Pour into the pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
3. Spin on the Light Ice Cream program.
4. Re-spin if the texture is still crumbly.
