greek yogurt300 g

sugar50 g

lemon juice1 tsp

salt1 pinch

passion fruit1 piece

Steps

1. Combine all ingredients except the fresh passion fruit and mix until the sugar is dissolved.

2. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for 12-24 hours.

3. Run the mixture through the Lite Ice Cream program. If the consistency is crumbly, add 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt or milk and re-spin.

4. Scrape out the passion fruit and mix the pulp into the ice cream using the Mix-In function.
