cream cheese100 g

passion fruit juice150 ml

sweetener of choice1

Steps

1. Put the peaches, cream cheese, and passion fruit juice into a blender jar.

2. Add the sweetener of your choice. Blend everything with an immersion blender and freeze for 24 hours.

3. Spin on Ice Cream if using sugar, or Lite Ice Cream if using a sugar substitute.

4. Optionally, hollow a well in the spun mixture, add a splash of passion fruit juice, and run Respin for extra fruit flavor.
