ProgramIce Cream

Ingredients · 16 oz

strawberries200 g

greek yogurt140 g

honey2 tbsp

milk120 ml

sugar½ tbsp

guar gum¼ tsp

Steps

1. Mash the strawberries until they get a bit jammy.

2. Add the yoghurt and honey and give another mix.

3. Mix the guar gum and sugar and then add to the yoghurt.

4. Last add the milk and freeze flat for 24 hours.

5. Mix on ice cream (I needed 2 spins)
