whole milk200 ml

evaporated milk200 ml

vanilla pudding mix30 g

sugar2 tbsp

Steps

1. Mix the milk and vanilla pudding. If the pudding is heat activated, microwave it until the milk thickens a bit.

2. Then mix the evaporatedmilk, cookies with the pudding.

3. last step is to mix sugar and guar gum together and sprinkle over the pudding. give it all a good mix and add to your creami pint.

4. Freeze for 24 hours and spin on icecream
