Steps

1. Whisk the softened cream cheese with the sugar and mint extract until smooth, then gradually whisk in the cream, milk, and food coloring if using.

2. Pour into a CREAMi pint and freeze 24 hours, then process on the Ice Cream program.

3. Make a hole down the center of the pint, add the chocolate chips, and run the Mix-In program.
