mini marshmallows (mix-in)½ cup

Steps

1. Blend the milk, syrup, protein powder, and xanthan gum (plus coloring if using); pour into the pint and freeze 24 hours.

2. Spin until creamy.

3. Add the mini marshmallows and run a Mix-in cycle.
