Ingredients · 16 oz

vanilla ultra-filtered milk1 cup

vanilla protein powder (2 scoops)60 g

pure pumpkin puree½ cup

instant espressoor decaf coffee3 tsp

pumpkin pie spice blend1 tsp

salt1 pinch

Steps

1. Blend all the ingredients, pour into the pint, and freeze 24 hours.

2. Spin on the Lite setting.

3. If it comes out crumbly, add a splash of milk and re-spin.
