Fairlife whole milk1½ cups

low-fat cottage cheese¼ cup

vanilla whey protein powder1 scoop

sugar-free vanilla pudding mix1 tsp

vanilla extract1 tsp

instant coffee1 packet

Steps

1. Blend all ingredients until the cottage cheese disappears into the base.

2. Pour into the pint and freeze for 24 hours.

3. Process on Lite Ice Cream; re-spin with a splash of milk if crumbly.
