Dymatize ISO100 vanilla whey isolate2½ scoops

whole milk2 cups

vanilla extract1 tsp

Steps

1. Blend the milk, protein powder, and vanilla, then pour into the pint and freeze for 24 hours.

2. Process on Lite Ice Cream.

3. Drop in the roughly broken cookies and run the Mix-In cycle.
