Greek yogurt packed with Biscoff cookies¼ cup

half & half1 cup

sugar2 tbsp

vanilla extract¼ tsp

Steps

1. Press as many Biscoff cookies as will fit into the Greek yogurt and rest overnight so they soften.

2. Combine a quarter cup of that mixture with the half & half, sugar, vanilla, and one crumbled cookie, then freeze the pint overnight.

3. Spin until creamy and finish with extra Biscoff cookies as mix-in or topping.
