ripe peaches, peeled and chopped3

heavy cream½ cup

whole milk1 cup

vanilla extract½ tsp

ripe peach, diced and frozen for mix-in½

Steps

1. Simmer the chopped peaches with the sugar until jammy and thickened.

2. Blend the peach jam with the cream, milk, and vanilla, pour into the pint, and freeze 24 hours.

3. Freeze the diced peach chunks separately on a tray.

4. Spin on Ice Cream, fill a well in the center with the frozen peach chunks, and run a mix-in cycle.
