Lucky Charms cereal, marshmallows removed1½ cups

whole milk2 cups

cream cheese, softened1½ tbsp

sugar½ cup

vanilla extract1½ tsp

heavy cream1⅛ cups

Lucky Charms marshmallows½ cup

Steps

1. Soak the cereal (marshmallows set aside) in the milk, then strain and discard the soggy cereal.

2. Work the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla into a paste, then whisk in the cereal milk and heavy cream.

3. Freeze the pint 24 hours and process on Ice Cream.

4. Fold the reserved marshmallows through as a mix-in.
