unsweetened vanilla almond milk1 cup

heavy whipping cream¾ cup

allulose85 g

unsweetened cocoa powder2 tbsp

guar gum (scant)¼ tsp

xanthan gum (scant)¼ tsp

Steps

1. Mix the dry ingredients so the gums are evenly distributed, then blend briefly with the almond milk and cream.

2. Pour into a CREAMi pint and freeze for at least 24 hours.

3. Spin on Lite Ice Cream until smooth, respinning as needed.
